Drone skydiving

Latvian company Aerones specializes in creating industrial drones that can carry loads of up to 100 kg. To demonstrate the lifting power, the company has used a custom unit to carry a skydiver aloft, before he accomplished the planned jump and landing with the parachute. Their 28-propeller drone lifts skydiver Ingus Augstkalns off a radio-tower and elevates him 330 meters into the air. Then he free falls for a couple of seconds before releasing his parachute.

This achievement shows the reliability of the drone technology that could be used in saving people, fire-fighting, sports and entertainment. Take a look at the drone jump stunt in the video below.
