The linear motors have further been developed to complement conventional pneumatics. This comes in handy since linear motors are fast and have more accurate positioning capabilities and excellent linearity. Compared to conventional technology, linear motors are smaller in size but produce much more power, precision and speed as compared to conventional technologies.
