Pen That Has 16 Million Colors

Posted August 9, 2016

A Indiegogo crowdfunding project seeking to make a pen that writes in more than 16 million colors. Pen has a color scanner on the top to scan a color from a real object. Then the pen uses internal ink cartridges to make that color.

The idea is that you’ll use a color scanner on the top of the pen to scan a real world object, then the pen uses internal ink cartridges to make that color. It’s like an inkjet printer in a pen with replaceable cartridges.
The app for the smartphone should let track the colors you collect and manually change it or add a new one.

The pen will become a reality if the crowdfunding campaign will reach its $200,000 goal.

The prototype demo video is below.
