3D Knitted Shoes

Posted January 28, 2016

JS Shoes are lightweight shoe created entirely with 3D knitting technology. The shoes are uniquely you with the amount of customization options available. The new purchasing concept will allow to buy one shoe at a time. You can customize your pair by being able to choose a different color for each individual shoe or you can pick the same color.

Knitting machinery knits shoes in a 3-dimensional method to produce the exact amount of materials for each shoe, ridding of any waste of material.

The design is programmed in the computer with all  of the details and is sent to the knitting machine and ready to operate.  Because of the reduction in layers and materials, JS 3D knitted shoes are extremely light – one shoe weighs approximately 130 g.

The are good for walking, riding and driving and also ideal for people who spend long hours in an office, keeping a feet dry and breathable.

JS Shoes has so far raised more than $51 thousand on Kickstarter, from nearly 560 backers, with 35 days to go before the campaign ends. Those backing this campaign are promised delivery date of March 2016. It goes for $79 right now.
