Cicret bracelet – a touch screen on your skin

Posted December 3, 2014

Circet has designed a bracelet that makes your skin a touch screen. A shake wakes up the device, a tiny projector beams the interface into you arm. Built in sensors recognize scrolling, sliding ant tapping and reports it to a processor which responds in the same way as a smartphones. A built-in accelerometer figures out whether to orient the image horizontally or vertically.

The Cicret Bracelet

The bracelet comes with low-energy Bluetooth and a micro USB port. The bracelet is planned to have 16 or 32GB storage capacity.

According to the Cicret, they need 700,000 Euros to finish the first prototype. Everyone is welcome to donate.
