Lenovo has announced the third generation ThinkPad X1 Carbon, 14 inch ultrabookThe New X1 Carbon is weighing only 2.8 pounds, and is forged from Carbon Fiber, which weighs less than magnesium and aluminum. According to the company it is the lightest ultrabook available today in the world. The New X1 Carbon features the Adaptive Keyboard, and also integrates voice and gesture control. It has the new ColorBurst Display that provides sharper, brighter images at higher resolutions with better viewing angles for a superior visual experience. The new X1 Carbon utilizes Rapid Charge technology, which is believed to provide 80% charge in under an hour. Coupled with an up to 9 hour battery life and optional built-in 4G capability.
