The Carbon Footprint Challenge 2017, launched by UNITECH International, an international engineering students` network, has started.

Are you a student or young professional and do you have ideas to decarbonize the industry?

We are looking for your ideas for technical solutions to decrease carbon footprint in industrial processes and products. You should be a university student but otherwise your background does not matter to us. Also, the idea-team creator must have full ownership of the idea.

However, you don’t need to have an idea ready, instead it is also an option to see where in which teams you can make your skills work by browsing the teams still looking for members. Or just provide your feedback to others, the choice is all yours.

We are not looking for fully elaborated business plans, ready prototypes or ideas that are already being commercialized. Instead, you can enter submit your idea by creating an “idea team” at any stage of development.
